According to the published information, the People’s Committee of Tan Dong Hiep Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) is organizing the selection of investors for three urban area projects with a total area of nearly 61 hectares. The projects are planned to be developed under a modern urban model, integrating housing, services, education, healthcare, and synchronized technical infrastructure.
The largest project is the Tan Binh New Urban Area, covering approximately 32.5 hectares with an estimated total investment of VND 27.658 trillion. The current land area consists mainly of agricultural land, accounting for more than 30 hectares, while the remainder includes existing residential land, aquaculture land, canals, waterways, and transportation infrastructure. According to the planning, the project will develop terraced houses, mixed-use apartment buildings, and educational and healthcare facilities to serve residents.
